Laundromat
What are your hours?
We are open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Last wash is at 8:30 p.m.
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we have 60 and 80 pound machines for bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Are you attended?
Yes. There is always someone on hand during operating hours if you need help or have any questions.
Are you a coin or a card laundromat?
We are a coin store. Our machines run on quarters.
Wash & Fold
What times can I drop off my wash and fold?
You can leave your laundry with one of our attendants any time during store hours: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use a commercial grade detergent when we wash you clothes but you can upgrade to some name brands if you like.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a 20 pound minimum order.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
Absolutely not. We wash all our customer's laundry separately.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Our turnaround time for wash and fold is 24 hours.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
24 hours unless your pick up is on Friday, then your laundry will be returned to you on Monday
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. There is a 35 pound minimum order.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
We ask for your credit card or debit card when you place the order. You card will not be charged until your order has been weighed and completed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pick up until you return from your vacation.
